THE ROLE : SAP HCM Time Management, Senior Associate RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in -
• Experience in SAP Time Management – Positive & Negative
• Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
• Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
• Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation.
• Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module.
• Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage.
• Willing to work US Hours Shift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in design and configuration of Time Management (Positive Time Mandatory).

Required EducationCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
