Several more top college basketball transfer portal prospects are off the board after recentcommitment decisions. But despite this recent movement, the list of top available players in the portal is still loaded with high-end talent capable of providing an immediate impact next season. Teams in search of filling specific needs have options to pursue, but the numbers are dwindling in mid May.

More than 2,000 players entered the transfer portal during the record-setting 45-day window this spring. However, only 15 of the top 100 prospects in the latest individual transfer players rankings are uncommitted. Some of those also entered their name into the 2024 NBA Draft pool while leaving the option of a return to college basketball open.

Recruiting visits for transfers continue which makes this list fluid as final decisions come from some of the best portal prospects remaining.
