Pickleball Court Reservations for Residents who are not Members of the Pickleball Club
The Pickleball Club (QCPC) has updated its software used to reserve pickleball courts. All residents of QC may reserve a court outside of Pickleball Club activities. See QCPOA Rules for rules governing pickleball courts.
To make a court reservation as a Non-Club Member:
- Click Here to go to the QCPC Court Reserve page
- Choose the Non-Member button to create a login account
- Fill out the form with the required information, including resident’s Quail Creek POA number
- Electronically sign the liability waiver when prompted
- The resident will receive an email from Court Reserve with instructions on how to reserve a court
- The QCPC will send a follow-up email with additional information.

Accomplished author Sandra CH Smith, former Philadelphia newspaper editor and recovering alcoholic who sailed solo in the Pacific for seven years, will present tales from her fascinating autobiography 'Out of the Fog' at the Thursday, May 16 QC Writers Club meeting at 1 pm in the Kino Conference Room. She will also preview the forthcoming part two of her story, 'Into the Light.'

Sunland Asphalt has been contracted to perform seal coating and striping in your Quail Creek.
Seal Coat:The asphalt will be swept clean and coated with a tough, durable sealer for asphalt pavements. This material will take approximately 24 hours to fully cure to allow for vehicle access, from 7 AM to 7 AM the following morning. Barricades will be in place for the duration of the work; please do not move the barricades. Striping is on a separate day.
If you need to travel on a day that seal coat is being applied to your street, please park your vehicle as designated in Alternate Parking. Use the Community Map, if necessary, to identify streets. Do not park where work will be performed or where it blocks traffic.

Striping:A striping crew will arrive early in the morning to restripe all pavement markings. The crew will remove the barricades once they have finished, and it is safe for vehicles to drive on the pavement.

Bands, Food and Dance - Friday, May 17th
Golf Practice Areas Closed at 12:30 PM
Range Parking Directions for Golf Carts
In preparation for the event on theDriving Range, the practice tee, chipping green, and practice green will all be closed on Friday, May 17th, at 12:30 PM. We will be spotting five food trucks between the practice green and the practice tee box in the cart parking area. If you are doubling up (pairing) with a cart partner on the range, please make arrangements to have the vacant cart parked somewhere else while you play.
The BFD event access to the floor of the driving range will be behind the ball machine and then flow on the NE side of the fence line, separating the chipping green from the wooded area. There is a well-used pathway along the fence line. There will be volunteers directing traffic to the floor of the range. A rope line will direct carts around the tee area. It will be roped and coned off for ingress and egress. One way in and then the same route out at the conclusion of the event. Staff from Patrol will also be working the event. ~Harvey Trott

Cane Self Defense Class
Friday, May 24, 10 AM, Ocotillo Room, Kino
Two black belt holders in Martial Arts will present a complimentary self-defense class at 10 AM on May 24th in the Ocotillo Room that incorporates the use of wooden, curve-handled canes. Attendees will learn how to appear stronger through the use of a cane, a device that can be carried where other weapons are not allowed. Bring your own cane, if you have one! Space is limited.
