WHY ME? WHY NOT ANOTHER GUY OUT HERE?

I can say, honestly, that I think I am what Craigslist is all about. I run a two man operation out of my home and pass my lower overhead on to you.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: I REALLY DO KNOW REPAIRS / SERVICE WORK. So many guys out here DO NOT. They will advertise that they do but in my years of doing work off of Craigslist, I can tell you that more than half of the time these other guys are PARTS CHANGERS and/or INSTALLERS who come out. . .do a dog and pony show, taking out their tools, and then tell you that YOUR UNIT IS SHOT and you NEED a new one. REMEMBER: For every good REPAIR/SERVICE tech there are 20 INSTALLERS.

FOR LESS THEN THE COST OF A NEW UNIT NEARLY EVERY A/C UNIT/ FURNACE CAN BE REPAIRED. I don't care how rusty and old your FURNACE/A/C unit looks, IT CAN BE FIXED. People get suckered into putting in new systems all the time, just because they have THE WRONG GUY OUT. Of course there are times when it may be better to install a new system but USUALLY we can squeeze a few more years (at least) out of just about any unit.

YOU JUST NEED THE RIGHT GUY TO YOUR HOME FOR REPAIRS, AND THAT IS ME. I have over 30 years of SERVICE (REPAIR) AND INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE. Every person that enters the Heating and A/C Field STARTS OFF AS A INSTALLER. . .MOST OF THEM STAY THAT WAY AND KNOW VERY LITTLE OF REPAIRING A OLDER SYSTEM. They just don't get a chance to do repairs, as they are only installing new systems. Even with every certificate in the world and a few years of school YOU HAVE TO BE TAUGHT WELL and WORK ON REPAIRS NEARLY EVERY DAY to offer repair service to the public.

RUN FROM "HANDYMEN" and INSTALLERS WHO CLAIM THEY CAN REPAIR FURNACES AND OR A/C SYSTEMS. The field of PROPER HEATING AND A/C repair requires specialized tools, a talented mind and involves some very deep physics coupled with experience. GUYS WHO DON'T DO REPAIRS MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK FOR YEARS ARE NOT WHO YOU WANT OUT TO TRY TO FIX YOUR SYSTEM. They usually end up trying to push you towards a new system or end up changing out part after part...basically PRACTICING on your system.

(((((((beware of FREE(or very cheap) SERVICE CALLS)))))))) its a scam to get in and find or create bigger problems......by not charging to come out and diagnose your system for a repair, you will NEVER have a simple problem....with me I charge $80.00,,,,,if I come out and find a switch off or a loose wire (which happens alot), I will fix, collect my $80.00 and go.....FREE guys will NEVER do this, you will always need parts and have a large bill.

FOR INSTALLATIONS: The most important day in the life of your new boiler, furnace and/or Air conditioner is the day it is installed and started up. Installations are always done correctly by us and we will instruct you how to properly take care of your new system. Improper installations will result in higher utility bills, pre-mature breakdowns and dramatically less system longevity. A system that should last 25 years could need replacement in as little as 5 years (or even less) if installed wrong. The lowest price for an installation is something you should be cautious of. Your Heating and/or air conditioning system is the biggest and arguably the most important system in your home. A proper installation will give you years of dependable comfort while using energy efficiently and we do installations PROPERLY!
