Another successful Tech Defenders quarterly all staff meeting in the books. It was especially great being able to celebrate so many people highlights including several promotions and new hires. We have some of the best people in the business, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what we are capable of as we expand into new ventures. Let’s go!!#eos #quarterlyallstaff #itad #greatpeople

As crazy as it sounds, we are almost halfway through 2024. If you aren’t on track for your goals, now is the time to think different:In "10x Is Easier Than 2x," Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast) explains the concept of focusing on creating a few high-quality videos rather than many mediocre ones. He states, "As weird as it sounds, it's much easier getting 5 million views on one video than 100,000 on 50 videos. You could upload one great video per year and get more views than if you uploaded 100 mediocre videos. It's very exponential. If you get people to click your video 10% more, and watch your video 10% longer than mine, you don’t get 10% more views. You get like 400% the views." This insight highlights the power of exponential growth and the importance of quality over quantity in content creation."As Jimmy explained, you have got to think exponentially. You can’t think linearly. Linearly is 2x thinking, which keeps you working harder but achieving less. Exponential thinking allows for quantum leaps and breakthroughs.”How can you apply this 10x thinking to get on track (or ahead) of your goals?#10xiseasier #10xthinking #exponential

Why I Workout First Thing in the Morning:1. Promotes Healthy Choices All Day: Starting my day with a workout makes me more intentional about taking care of my body. I'm more mindful of eating nutritious food, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest.2. Ensures Consistency: Exercising in the morning helps maintain consistency. Waiting until later in the day often leads to distractions or unforeseen interruptions.3. Boosts Positive Mindset: A morning workout sets a positive tone for the day, boosting my mood and energy levels.Additionally, as a parent of four, it's refreshing to have some quiet "me time" in the morning. Listening to a podcast recently, I heard something that really hit home:Too often in life, we try to add more to our already packed schedules: more exercise, more time with friends, more work, more family activities… The list never ends. It can quickly become overwhelming because there's often no room left for anything else.Instead, we should focus on subtracting the unnecessary to make space for what truly matters. When's the last time you did a time audit? I promise there's time being wasted on things that aren't priorities. I find this true for myself, no matter how intentional I try to be.One audit I like to do is check my phone's screen time and see which apps I'm using. I'm always surprised by how much time I spend on my phone and realize there's a big opportunity for improvement. My advice: Take some time to reflect and identify what you can cut out of your life to create room for what matters most.#createspace #subtract #timeaudit

Help me support Travis and the non-profit he is riding for this weekend, Mary Free Bed. Two reasons why:1) Travis has been a great resource for me and is always willing to help others without asking for anything in return. He’s also new to the WM area so let’s show him how we support each other here. 2) MFB is an amazing local organization. I saw first hand the work they do when my mom was there earlier this year. He just hit his goal of $500 but I’m hoping we can double it. Thanks for your support!

K-12 buyback season is officially in full swing! I was asked the other day if we still buy Chromebooks at Tech Defenders. In short, yes we do. When in doubt reach out to Austin Staltmanis and we can get you pricing but we are mostly looking for:- Raw untested fleets that are not locked- 500+ units at a time- Chromebooks with a few years of Auto Update Expiration (AUE)As always, we are looking to build out long term consistent partnerships with school districts and other organizations. #buyback #ITAD #k12 #chromebooks #techdefenders

Interesting to see the bet that Best Buy is placing on AI Laptops. Training 30,000 employees to sell and repair them. It seems like it’s going to take quite a bit of time before consumers are ready for these things but maybe I’m wrong. Best Buy must have some research that justifies the investment. #ailaptop #bestbuy #copilot
