Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing NOVATime SaaS app.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to NOVATime application and interfaces.
Perform routine monitoring and troubleshooting of processes to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Document support processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and advancements in NOVATime SaaS product.
Qualifications
Support Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a production environment
