Well. Things are happening. Still waiting on Spy Museum. Xfinity dude hasn’t called back. I’ll call again. Starbucks interview today failed due to technical issues and got an email from the Oakley district manager about Sun Glass Hut Store Manager spot. Fun times!

Hey @Xfinity do you believe good customer service includes continuing to charge customers for tv boxes that only get 1 channel until they have time to return it in-person? Or threatening to charge them $130 for a broken box if they don’t return it?

Had a good follow up with the recruiter lady. Gave me the run down on the store and company. Not at liberty to say the name. Had to sign a NDA until hired. Also have an interview with Levi’s today for a store manager position. And Xfinity is still out there. Things are moving..

@Xfinity @comcast If you want to work from home you can not rely on Comcast/Xfinity to provide you reliable service. I'm in another multiple hour outage that likely won't be fixed anytime soon because they can't be bothered to hang lines high enough that trucks won't tear down.

@Xfinity I was seeing 9% packet loss (while hardwired to my modem). This should not happen. The issue is upstream of me. I wish I could get the support to team to understand that and troubleshoot it accordingly but they refuse to acknowledge. Same thing happened during the last outage.

@Xfinity Thank you. Eventually, yes, but the process was opaque and the UI on the app is a nightmare. You’d do your advanced users a huge service by restoring this capability to the modem’s configuration software. A Google search shows a lot of frustration about this.
