The list of top college basketball transfer portal players still available from this recent cycle is dwindling fast. High-end talent is at a premium heading into the second half of May as teams try to fill remaining gaps in their respective 2024-25 rosters. So, who are the best available names still left on the board?

More than 2,000 players entered the transfer portal during the record-setting 45-day window this spring. However, less than 20 of the top 100 prospects in the latest individual transfer players rankings are uncommitted. Some of those also entered their name into the 2024 NBA Draft pool while leaving the option of a return to college basketball open. Those players have until May 29 to withdraw and retain their college eligibility.

Recruiting visits for transfers continue which makes this list fluid as final decisions come from some of the best portal prospects remaining.
