What The Role IsThe ACH Operations Analyst has a thorough understanding of ACH Operational tasks and functions. Experience with training others on multiple tasks in an operational department. Must be a great relationship builder and create a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Have the ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to improve the department functions and tasks. They must understand the operational risks associated with ACH processing and look for opportunities to mitigate risks by updating or creating new operational procedures. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills to lead process improvements which cross other lines of business. Prior experience in creating and documenting multiple types of operational processes and procedures. Must be comfortable in leading meetings with other lines of businesses for improvement efforts and partnership meetings. They will also have very thorough knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead new employee onboarding training
• Lead cross training on all functions within the department
• Create, document, update, and maintain department procedures
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead all department initiatives for improvement
• Lead internal line of business partnership efforts on process improvement
• Analyze, identify and mitigate ACH Operational risk efforts
• Lead internal line of business partnership meeting discussions
• Coordinate and lead meetings with other LOB’s on ACH education
• Perform other duties/special projects as assigned by the Manager

Who You Are

• Knowledge of PEP+ software preferred
• Prior training experience
• Ability to build strong partnerships with teammates and other departments
• Proactivate and self motivated
• Good computer skills, proficient in Excel and Google
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic with a strong ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving skills when responding to internal and external requests
• Knowledge of general ACH operational processing concepts
• Proficient in writing and updating procedures
• Minimum 5 years prior ACH Operations experience
• Ability to be able to adapt to change, work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations
• Develop a continuous program of self-education and improvement
• Abide by the policies and procedures approved by the Bank
• AAP and/or APRP certifications are preferred
