Happy New Year to all of our great customers! The 2010 Ice Fishing season has officially started at Simcoe Fishing Adventures. Cooks Bay is frozen with 7″ of ice in the location of our camp. Further up the lake from Roches Pt to Davies Pt the ice WAS forming, but the high wind on Monday has broken it up. For those of you venturing out, please be careful. The big lake has not yet frozen to the point of operation. We currently have 7 huts out with more to come in the next week or so. We have openings this Sunday Jan 3rd for those interested in coming out. We will be taking bookings from here on in. Let’s hope for a safe and productive 2010 season.
